I was happy to see that Yelo Uriza of ARIA is back to designing! She sent me her Nina Living Room set to check out – ARIA has always been great for modern pieces, and this is a nice, clean-lines room with a great color palette. I love the pops of color in the poufs and the awesome chandelier.

I also received a review folder from Adham Decuir of [adham decuir] homes. Adham is a new-to-me builder; he’s just got a few houses out so far, also very modern in style, and very well done in mesh with gorgeous baked shadows and lighting.

I like ‘em. What’s also interesting is that Adham offers his houses with full perms. He also provides the shadow maps with the full perm houses, so it would be easy to create your own textures without losing any of the shadows and lights. Be sure to read over the full perm license, but it’s certainly an interesting idea!

The Tiffany Bedroom Set is new from PILOT and Kaz Nayar, available now at this month’s Collabor88. I love that bed – gorgeous bedding, lovely curves on the headboard, and a ruffly bedskirt! I love a ruffly bedskirt!

The vase of lilacs is just beautiful. As much as I love the whole set, I really think those lilacs are my favorite piece. Perfect! ♥

Speaking of perfect, I’m also crazy about this Jar Chandelier from Cory Edo and Trompe Loeil, also available at Collabor88. Rustic! Pulleys! Rustic pulleys!! That would be a great band name!

This is the new Treehouse Cottage from Cory and Trompe Loeil, available now at Collabor88. Who doesn’t want to live in a treehouse?? I KNOW I DO.

The trees on which the cottage is built are texture-changeable to all sorts of lovely colors. Gorgeous wood textures and great details and a ton of windows make this a dreamy place to hangout, and I love the double lofts and ladders!!

That’s the Gypsy Caravan from Nalena Fairey and Zigana. I love it. It’s available right now at…go ahead, shout out the answer if you know it…THE ARCADE. Why haven’t you gone yet?

I think it would be so much fun to really deck out the inside of that caravan. I love the little campsite I’ve got going here, but I really do love the idea of tricking out the porch some more and setting up a super cute little sleeping area inside. SOMEDAY.

I only change my SL house, like, once every 3 years…and the Newport is totally making me think about making some changes about a year earlier than scheduled. ♥

Really, it’s just a gorgeous space. I love almost anything coastal, and this is full of coastal charm. It’s also nice and cozy, so it would be easy to fill up and decorate. These are requirements on my checklist.

Also on my checklist: this Cabinet Hutch, also from Trompe Loeil. Omgah love.

Do you see that the drawers and cabinets open??? I realize that’s not a function that’s really applicable in SL, but whatever! It brings me joy. That weathered wood also brings me joy…and possibly a bit of glee. ♥
