The Tiffany Bedroom Set is new from PILOT and Kaz Nayar, available now at this month’s Collabor88. I love that bed – gorgeous bedding, lovely curves on the headboard, and a ruffly bedskirt! I love a ruffly bedskirt!

The vase of lilacs is just beautiful. As much as I love the whole set, I really think those lilacs are my favorite piece. Perfect! ♥

Speaking of perfect, I’m also crazy about this Jar Chandelier from Cory Edo and Trompe Loeil, also available at Collabor88. Rustic! Pulleys! Rustic pulleys!! That would be a great band name!

Where to start?? Okay, here: that gorgeous living room set is another amazing set from Isla Gealach and Cheeky Pea – the Ansel Living Room. It’s available right now at Collabor88, and you need to check it out. Beautiful textures and lovely accessories…and that shelf you see over the fireplace with all the frames? One of my favorite random pieces of wall art ever. I love stuff like that.

That amazing dart board is also from Cheeky Pea, and is currently available at The Men’s Dept, along with that bitchin’ Wayfarer Mirror from my music soul mate, Tegan Serin and floorplan. ♥

Let’s take a closer look at the skybox that was my setting for that first pic. That’s the newest from my pal Barnesworth Anubis – the Sodermalm Loft. I have given Barnes a hard time for years about his textures and wanting to see more depth and shading. He messaged me last month to tell me that he’s been working on his mesh skills and really focusing on baked textures…and, my friends, his hard work has absolutely paid off. ♥

Yay! It’s subtle, and I love it! Great definition around the walls and the floors — Barnes has a distinct style that I’ve loved for years and the extra shading just gives it some oomph!! Pick up the Sodermalm right now at Collabor88!

We’ve got more great prefabs at Collabor88 this month. It’s become like the best real estate agent in town!

From Cory Edo and Trompe Loeil is the Frostbite Cottage. This is so amazingly precious – like something out of a fairy tale!

I want to live there with, maybe, 3 fuzzy bears and perhaps, say, someone made of gingerbread.

The Frostbite Cottage is available in a few different colors, and there are also the loveseats and club chairs available in several color options. You need this to get through the long cold winter!!

For you city-folks, we’ve got the Snowy City Loft from Barnesworth Anubis. City loft chic!

The Snowy City Loft is set up with a surround to give you that gorgeous city view outside that amazing window. There’s also a snow maker included for beautiful softly-falling snow all the time. ALL THE TIME SNOW! ♥

I really like the kitchen and its open-concept design. I’d like to see more texturing and shadows in the kitchen walls, but I love the contrast of the brick in the little alcove. Really, I love the brick everywhere – I’m a big fan. This is a great space for decorating -  no walls, no limits! ♥

More Collabor88 stuff, as promised!

Barnesworth Anubis has another great prefab this month – the Marrakesh Oasis. I always enjoy Barnes’ open-air builds…this one is like an all-encapsulated oasis paradise.

I really do love the courtyard approach to the Marrakesh. I don’t know that I would consider this for “living” in (although I’m sure you could make it work for that)…but it’s definitely great for photos and special events, or a super fancy garden pavilion, if you’re so inclined.

I’m so happy that Barnes is using mesh! I’d love to see more depth and shadows in these textures, but he did a great job capturing the perfect color scheme and a great sense of the stucco walls.

Barnes makes some of my favorite light pendants. ♥
