*Second Spaces* Holiday!!

Good morning and happy holidays! Some fun new stuff at Second Spaces today!

First, I’ve added some more holiday items! A new line of gift boxes, the Wrap It Up series – a bit more rustic and homey. 🙂 I’ve also added a few gift boxes to my line of Wrapped With Love Messy Packages – these are for those of us who have zero RL gift wrap skills — the extra tape and rough edges show that we care, right? And I’m also happy to add a few Hanukkah items to my collection – there’s a simple wooden menorah along with a few dreidels and a pile of gelt! (Disclaimer: I’m not Jewish, so I hope I got everything right!)

All of the new stuff can be found in my main store in H&S Village, and you can still find all of my previously released items at my Winterstock (Merry Christmas sim) location!

I am also starting a 12 Days event in H&S Village today! Every day from now until Dec 24th, there will be one item marked to $1L, for just that day. Look for the 12 Days sign in the shop, and the current day’s item will be right next to it! Today’s item is the Humphrey Occasional Table in green – usually 125L, but for today, just $1L!!

Be sure to take a walk around the sim, there are other stores participating in the 12 Days event: Pulling Strings, Kitties Lair, Eponym, Bryce Designs! (my 12 Days items are out already, but the other merchants may not have theirs out until noon SLT today.)

[ba] Holiday Shop: Barnesworth Anubis has opened his holiday shop! Great trees, lights, poinsettias, and more! If you get over there super quickly (because I didnt get this blogged early enough 😦 ) you may be able to catch the very end of his 50% off sale, scheduled through Dec 6 (that’s now)! Even if you miss the sale, you still need to go – great stuff at any price!

Belle Belle: Leyla has her holiday display out and you absolutely must go and see! A lot of the items from last year have returned, so I’m going to cheat and link you to my post from last year – which is here. There are also some new items that you have to check out, and more importantly – as I’ve told you over and over! – you MUST join the Belle Belle group! She gives awesome presents! The first pic below is the Advent Calendar, available now in the lucky boards (for members only). You’ll also see in the poster below that Leyla is planning a 12 Days of Christmas event, with freebies everyday from the 13th until Christmas! Make sure you’re in the group so you don’t miss out!

Leyla is so sweet and sent me some items to spruce up the windmill. I love the tree, so traditional…and I may have tried nomming on the gingerbread house, who’s to say? It looks so yummy!

She also sent me her newest release – the Gift Wrapping Table! I adore this completely — such a great touch to have in the house during the holidays. 🙂

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

Happy December, dear readers! It is that time of year once again, and the holiday goodness is starting to pour out onto the grid…which makes me think of eggnog, mmmmmm. Anyway, I will do my best to bring you all the good stuff I can find, starting right now!

The Loft Noel Christmas Room: Another gorgeously textured set from Colleen Desmoulins, complete with accessories and finishing touches that make me go ‘ooh!’. I adore the bows on the backs of the chairs, and the little poinsettia details on the candles! The chandelier is beautiful, too, and could absolutely be used year-round! Available at the Winterstock location of The Loft, you can pick up the individual pieces that suit you, or grab the whole set as a package deal!

Mudhoney Holiday Dinner Table: Rayvn Hynes was kind enough to send me a copy of her newest holiday release, and I’ve got it all set up in the windmill, ready for Christmas dinner! Those chairs look so soft and sumptuous, and the gold candlesticks are perfect.  Again, I love the bow details! I have to say that my favorite part of this set is…the napkins. 🙂 I’m a simple soul, and I just love being able to see the little roll of fabric, and the tiny little napkin rings are gorgeous! Yay for details!

Happy Saturday, dear readers! Happy post-Thanksgiving to those who celebrated this week – hope you’re all stuffed, in a good way. 🙂 Just a few things going on that I want to share with you…

2nd annual Starlust wide Trash and Garbage Hunt: this starts today and runs thru December 5th, covering all 10 of the Starlust sims! You’re looking for, well, trash — empty coffee cups, poptart boxes, Cheetos bags, etc – and in there you’ll find goodies from the Starlust merchants! My little shop is on the Elliott sim, and I didn’t spread my trash too widely from that point – here’s what you’re looking for from Second Spaces: the Trashy Treasure Damaged Living Set!

All four pieces are out there, so there are four pieces of trash from me. Happy Hunting!

Second Spaces/Pulling Strings at Winterstock! Shame on me that I haven’t blogged this before now. 😦 The Winterstock sim opened in the early part of November, and will be open until January 3rd. The entire sim is snow-covered and holiday-festive, and filled with tons of great merchants showing off their holiday wares! In my little stable you’ll find holiday decorations for your home, as well as holiday poses for any purpose (great for holiday card photos!). You’ll also find my Wrapped With Love Messy Packages – just like I wrap ’em in RL.
